Space Planning
We create plans to meet your tenant needs based on the current “as-built” floor plan to minimize construction costs where possible. Our years of real world knowledge and experience allow us to know a good design and how to maximize your useable and rentable space and stay within your budget. We meet with you and/or your client to produce only those plans needed to complete the transaction or project quickly and cost effectively. Fees for these services are based on an hourly rate.
