​​​​Our fees for as-built floor plans and reflected ceiling plans are based on a per square footage basis, and our other services (Elevations, site plans, etc.) are charged individually. These fees are determined by several project variables including:

​Type of Building, Size of Building, Location, Building Use, Complexity of Plan, Level of Detail Needed 

and Scope of Deliverables
